David W. Robbins......................... Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Robbins has been employed by Crucible since 1968. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and has a graduate degree in Accounting from Duquesne University.

Mr. Robbins started as a Cost Accountant at Crucible's Stainless Division in Midland, Pennsylvania. He has held several positions in the financial area of Crucible including Division Vice President-Finance of both the Compaction and the Research Divisions. In 1996 he became Corporate Operations Controller and Risk Manager and in 2000 was appointed Vice President-Finance and Treasurer of Crucible Materials Corporation. In August of 2002 he was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Crucible Materials Corporation. In March 2005, he was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Crucible Materials Corporation. Mr. Robbins has served on the Board of Directors since July 2000.

Lorna E. Carpenter.........................CAO/Vice President of Administration

Ms. Carpenter has been employed by Crucible since 1981. Her degrees, all from the University of Wisconsin, include a Bachelors in English from Madison, a Masters in Counseling & Guidance from Platteville and a Masters in Business Administration from Milwaukee.

Ms. Carpenter joined Trent Tube and became Division Vice President of Human Resources in 1989. She was appointed Corporate Director of Human Resources at Syracuse, New York in 1992 and Vice President of Administration in 1993.

William R. Lester.........................CFO/Vice President of Finance & Treasurer

Mr. Lester has been employed by Crucible since 1996. He has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Clarkson University, and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 1987.

His career began with the national public accounting firm of Ernst & Young for six years progressing to the position of Audit Manager. He then spent three years as the Assistant Corporate Controller of the Raymond Corporation. Raymond was a NASDAQ traded manufacturer of electric materials handling equipment. Mr. Lester served as Crucible's Corporate Director of Financial Services until his promotion to Corporate Controller in June 2000. In September 2002 Mr. Lester was named Vice President of Finance & Treasurer. Mr. Lester has served on the Board of Directors since July 2004.

James D. Beckman.........................Vice President-Operations/Technology President-Specialty Metals Division

Mr. Beckman has been employed by Crucible since 1977. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Metallurgy, and he earned an MBA in Management from Chapman University.

He began his career at Crucible as a Mill Metallurgist. He has held a variety of supervisory positions in various mill operations since then. In 1998 he was named Executive Vice President of Crucible Specialty Metals Division where he served until 2001 when he was named Division President. He was promoted to Corporate Vice President in 2003.

Harry M. O'Brien.........................Vice President-Sales/Marketing President-Service Centers Division

Mr. O'Brien joined the Company in 1984. He received his B.S. Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from the University of Dayton.

He has had the opportunity of experiencing both the mill and service centers sides of the specialty steel industry as Vice President of Sales for Crucible's Specialty Metals Division along with a variety of positions at Crucible's Service Centers Division. His career began in the Specialty Metals training program in 1984. Additional positions which he has held include Divisional Marketing Director; District Manager in both Columbus, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois, Crucible's largest service center; Vice President of Merchandising and Logistics and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His mix of producer and service center experience gives him a unique viewpoint of specialty steel distribution. In 1998, Mr. O'Brien became President of the Crucible Service Centers Division. He was promoted to Corporate Vice President in 2003.

Jennifer L. Ganoe.........................Vice President-Corporate Controller

Ms. Ganoe has been employed by Crucible since 2002. She graduated from LeMoyne College with a B.S. Degree in Accounting and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Prior to joining Crucible, Ms. Ganoe was employed by the international accounting firm KPMG LLP for eight years where she last served as a Manager in the Audit Department. She then held the position as the Controller for the domestic operations of INFICON Inc. for two years. Ms. Ganoe has served as the Corporate Controller for Crucible during her tenure with the company.

Peter M. Gordon.........................Vice President-Procurement

Mr. Gordon has been employed by Crucible since 1987. He has a B.B.A. degree from Western New England College.

Mr. Gordon began his career in sales at Crucible's Auburn District. He has served in various sales and marketing capacities until his promotion to Division Vice President Merchandising and Logistics in 2001. He was promoted to Corporate Vice President in 2004.

Daniel J. O'Leary.........................Vice President – Customer Service

Mr. O'Leary has been employed by Crucible since 1969. He graduated with a BS in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from Kent State University.

He has held various positions in Operations, Distribution, Production planning and Sales and Marketing during his tenure. In May 2006, he was promoted to Director of customer Service. He was promoted to Corporate Vice President in January 2007.
